An Investment Concept for the next phase of the Australia Awards Scholarships (AAS) Program in Cambodia is provided for the information of the market and prospective tenderers.

The current phase of the AAS Program in Cambodia is due to conclude in December 2017 (with possibility of extension to 30 June 2018). Currently, the AAS Program in Cambodia offers long-term scholarships for Cambodians to study in Australia at the postgraduate level (Masters and PhD). The design for the next phase would look at the feasibility of introducing additional modalities to the AAS Program in Cambodia, including short courses.

The design for the next phase of the AAS Program in Cambodia would commence in May 2017. An investment design document would accompany the planned request for tender in second quarter of the 2017-18 financial year, in accordance with the Annual Procurement Plan on the AusTender website.
