37 Australia has two agreements with China, one covering nuclear material transfers and one covering nuclear cooperation.

38 Euratom is the atomic energy agency of the European Union. The Euratom agreement covers all 28 member states of the European Union, including Croatia, which joined the European Union on 1 July 2013.
