The Twelfth RCEP Joint Committee Meeting was held in Wellington, New Zealand on 16-18 March 2026, co-chaired by Indonesia and New Zealand.
Officials discussed written responses by accession candidates to the information questionnaire and agreed to further engagement with candidates on their responses. The meeting discussed progress on implementing RCEP to date and agreed to develop a work program for the scheduled 2027 General Review.
