Somalia
1. Prohibition on the unauthorised supply, sale or transfer to Somalia of weapons and military equipment.
2. Prohibition on the unauthorised provision to Somalia of provision of
(a) financing
for the acquisition or delivery of goods subject to export
sanctions;
(b) technical
advice, financial and other assistance, and training related to
military activities.
