Q. We note that the training week concerns all staff. Is our budget to also include travel and accommodation for staff employed under other contracts?
A. No, your budget should include a venue and facilitator/materials for all, but the costs of attendance i.e. travel and acomm will be covered by the relevant other contractor.
Q. In relation to the Milestone Payment Plan (Schedule 3 – 6.3 ) is the years - year one, year two, year three - contract years i.e. Nov - 0ct or financial years i.e. July - June or some other timing?
A. Financial years i.e. Year 1 = signature to 30 June 2009; Year 2 = 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2010; and Year 3 = 1 July 2010 to contract end or 30 June 2011.
