Q: Aside from the three areas of retail – gift shop, f & b servery, and kitchen are there any associated areas that will not be fitted out?
A: The other back of house areas are fitted out to various quality standards. e.g. the safe room and storage areas are concrete floor and exposed ceiling, but additional fitout should not be required. The successful Tenderer will need to contribute to the cost of the cool room installation from both the budget and their own resources as the cool room will service both VIP and retail operations. Details of this will be developed and agreed with the successful Tenderer.
