Q1. Can you confirm that the budget includes both agency fees as well as third-party costs (e.g. collaterals printing, website maintenance, venue rental, etc.) and out-of-pocket expenses (phone, printing charges, transport, etc.)?
A1. Confirmed, the budget is to include all costs necessary to deliver the services.
Q2. Is a there a limit on the length of responses required to address Section 3 e.g. 3.3 (3-B) Mascot ‘tenderer’s response’.
A2. No specific word limit applies, but Tenderers should try and make their position clear in a relatively succinct manner.
