Additional Information to RFT documentation
The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) wishes to advise all potential Tenderers that the following information applies to the above Request for Tender (RFT).
Information
Tenderers are advised to refer to the ‘Documentation’ section above and consider:
- Attachment D – Tenancy Fitout Guidelines and Appendix A at Attachment D – Building Rules (pdf) (rtf) (word)
for details of preferred service contractors, access requirements, security requirements, deliveries, etc. at Casselden Place.
Tenderers are to ensure the necessary allowances are made for works to be in accordance with the attached documents.

Tenderers are advised that all other terms and conditions of the RFT remain unchanged.
The closing time for lodgement of tenders is 2:00pm (VIC Local Time) on Tuesday 20 May 2008.
