Applications
Applications for Australian passports may be lodged at most Australian Post Offices, and by appointment at the Passports Office in Sydney (26 Lee Street) and Newcastle (Level 1, 77 Hunter Street).
Lodgement of passport applications is by appointment only. To arrange an appointment, please call 131 232.
For further information about Australian passports or to make appointments for lodgement of passport applications, please ring the Australian Passports Information Service on 131 232, 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday-Friday and 8:30am to 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday (please note that these are not Passport Office business hours), or visit your nearest passport office.

to you by post, please provide a self-addressed Express
Post envelope when lodging your documents.
