- Early May 2009: Invitations to testing session issued
- Mid May 2009: Testing session held in Canberra, State/Territory capitals and other locations
- Early July 2009: Interviews held in Canberra
- August 2009: Offers of employment
- August - December 2009: Successful applicants undertake security and medical clearances
- February 2010: Corporate and Financial Management Trainee program commences in Canberra
