Transnational Terrorism: The Threat to Australia
CONTENTS
On 29 March 2004, the Prime Minister, Mr Howard, announced
the Government's intention to prepare a White Paper on terrorism. The
White Paper, titled 'Transnational Terrorism: The Threat to Australia',
was publicly launched by the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr Downer,
at the National Press Club in Canberra on 15 July. The White Paper represents
the Government's views and analysis and is based on expert advice from
