Transnational Terrorism: The Threat to Australia

On 29 March 2004, the Prime Minister, Mr Howard, announced the Government's intention to prepare a White Paper on terrorism. The White Paper, titled 'Transnational Terrorism: The Threat to Australia', was publicly launched by the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr Downer, at the National Press Club in Canberra on 15 July.
