INDONESIA
Plenary today admitted to agenda by vote of 41 to 3 with 12 abstentions. Netherlands, South Africa and Belgium voted against, and other European powers abstained. U.S.A. voted in favour.
Norwegian proposal to delay consideration of item was defeated 40 to 10 with 6 abstentions. 10 were Western Union and Scandinavians plus South Africa. U.S.A. and Canada abstained.
