I must say I do not think argumentative discussions of much value to Australia and they should not be undertaken without authority.
After all matter is already on a higher level and it is important for India to understand our objectivity in the matter of Indonesia. You have not acknowledged draft heads of resolution [2] and it is important that possible jurisdiction of General Assembly should be retained.
