5. Unless Australia is included in some tangible way in the Indonesian arbitration or mediation the net result would be that instead of open judicial arbitration, secret political bargain on Munich style might result to prejudice Australian interests. If the Dutch insist on United States, presumably Indonesia could be expected to nominate Australia.
