Assembly 415 Australian resolution on the Veto (see Assembly 377 [1]) was approved in Plenary Session today by 36 to 6 with eleven abstentions. The Soviet bloc comprised negative votes. Abstentions included China and France, Scandinavian countries India and Chile.
