Biography
Mr White is a career Departmental officer and was most recently Director of the Southern Europe Section. Prior to this he was Deputy Head of Mission in Baghdad (2006-07), Deputy Head of Mission in Riyadh (2002-05) and First Secretary in Suva (1997-2000).
Educated at the Australian National University, Mr White holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Anthropology. He is married and has three children. He joined the Australian Public Service in 1973.
