Australia-Republic of Korea FTA Negotiations – Public Submissions
The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade attaches high importance to the views of the public concerning negotiations on an Australia-Korea Free Trade Agreement.
Submissions have been received relating to both the FTA Feasibility Study and the December 2008 call for submissions for a possible FTA with Korea. Submitting parties represent a wide range of interested groups, including peak industry organisations, professional associations, companies, non-government organisations, individuals and state governments.
The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) continues to welcome submissions from individuals and groups on the expected economic, regional, social, cultural, regulatory and environmental impacts of a possible FTA with Korea, and has provided some guidance on how submissions can be made.
Below is a list of contributors who have given permission to be identified, and/or have their submission(s) made public.
