The Spirit of CER
Celebrating 20 years of CER has provided a positive focus for Australia-New Zealand engagement in 2003 and underscores the strength and value of this close relationship. A commemorative exhibition ‘The Spirit of CER’held at Old Parliament House, Canberra from 25 March 2003 to Sunday 29 June 2003 provided a comprehensive account of the development of the initial CER agreement through historical photographs and documents. The second part of the exhibition centred on the 20 years since the inception of CER and featured a series of documents, photographs and case studies representing the web of agreements put in place since 1983.
