On 21 June 2010, proposed Agreements to amend Australia New Zealand Closer Economic Relations Trade Agreement (ANZCERTA) Article 3 (Rules of Origin) and the related Annex G (Product Specific Rules) were tabled with the Australian Parliament's Joint Standing Committee on Treaties (JSCOT).
