| Business Objective: | To improve employment opportunities for Indigenous Australians. Continue to provide opportunities for Indigenous Australians to aspire to representing Australia overseas, particularly as they can provide useful insights into other cultures and have an ability to build strong relationships within countries which have strong Indigenous populations and influence. |
| Business Strategy: | Continue to attract talented and skilled Indigenous Australians and to increase the number of Indigenous Australians employed in the department through targeted Indigenous Australians employment and lateral recruitment programs. |
