The then Minister for Trade, Mr Crean, and the President of Uruguay, Mr José Mujica, at the opening session of the Cairns Group Ministerial Meeting in Punta del Este, Uruguay on 19–20 April 2010.
The meeting was hosted by Uruguay and chaired by Australia.
