Lodgement of Passport Applications
You can lodge your application for an Australian Passport at an Australia Post outlet.
In certain circumstances you may lodge your application at our Passport Office. Lodgement is by appointment only. Please phone 131 232 to schedule your appointment.
Authentications, Apostilles and Certificates of No Impediment to Marriage
Documents can be lodged for processing at the Canberra Passport Office. Our counter hours are 9.30 am to 12.30 pm when the Office is open. No appointment is necessary. While we endeavour to provide a same day service, this cannot be guaranteed.
