CAAR Young Professionals Exchange Program (YPEP)
The YPEP was established in 2004 and, now in its third phase of implementation, has provided opportunities for young Arab and Australian business people and/or university students to learn more about each other’s contemporary society and business environment. Under this third phase, up to 22 business participants have been selected from the Arab region, and are being brought to Australia for professional placement in Australian industry for several weeks in February-March 2008. Additional in-kind sponsorship has also been provided by Etihad Airlines. The NSW Business Chamber is managing the program on CAAR’s behalf, and more information can be found at the Australian Business International Trade Services website.
