About the Australia International Cultural Council

Commission for International Cultural Promotion

The AICC works with an officials group, the Commission for International Cultural Promotion (CICP).  The CICP comprises senior representatives of key government departments and agencies including: the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade; Austrade; the Australia Council; Tourism Australia; the Australian Film Commission; the Department of Communications, Information Technology and the Arts; and the Chair of the Standing Committee of the Cultural Ministers Council.

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade provides the secretariat for the AICC and the CICP.
