Residency and Awards Program
Residencies
The Australia-China Council (ACC) has decided to open general grant funding for residencies in China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Expressions of Interest are invited now until 2:00pm AEST on 30 May 2008 for the next grants round.
General grants will take the place of the ACC arranging accommodation at an ACC apartment in Beijing, at the University of Hong Kong, and at the Taipei Artist Village. Applicants can arrange their own accommodation in these cities, and useful links have been provided below to facilitate this:
- University of Hong Kong, Robert Black College
- Art and Culture Outreach, Hong Kong
- Taipei Artist Village
Accommodation Subsidies
Similarly, the Council will open general grant funding for residencies in China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan instead of offering accommodation and travel subsidies. Expressions of Interest are invited now until 2:00pm AEST on 30 May 2008 for the next grants round.
