Eucalyptus melliodora. Tree to 30m. Widespread on lower slopes and rises usually in grassy woodlands. Flowers in spring and summer. Hollows provide nest sites and refuge for a range of native birds and mammals such as possums, gliders and bats. Nectar rich flowers, seeds and fruit provide food for birds, mammals and insects.
