Investigating Australia study kit
The Investigating Australia study kit is a multi-media resource for students and teachers. The Australia-Korea Foundation first developed the kit in 1998-1999, using the services of Ryebuck Media Pty Ltd. Initiated by the AKF first as a video and teacher’s workbook and then as CD-ROM.
The first version of the kit comprised of five video segments about various aspects of life in Australia and a teachers’ workbook. The kit –in both English and the Korean language - was distributed to approximately 3,000 Middle Schools in the Republic of Korea and was well received. Elements of it have been incorporated into the official Korean Middle Schools’ curriculum.
In 2007 much of the content from the CD-ROM (and the original Investigate Australia multimedia resource kit) has been updated and included on this website. www.auskorea.info
